I have not utilized all the programs or functions on this gym quality treadmill, however, everything I have tried on it has always functioned properly every time, except the heart rate monitor. I have just used my own heart rate monitor to compensate. The incline is smooth and works consistently, as does all the walking and running speeds. The buttons are quick to respond and do not require hard or repeated pressing to operate. The power button has always functioned, and I have kept the belt lubricated.  
This item is a very heavy gym quality steel machine, thus is available for pickup only. Please bring a truck and at least two people to lift it. Sorry, I cannot deliver the item. I live just north of Houston. $250 cash only please.
